alextoul Cheers to a new French startup that will deliver fresh pastries to your door every Sunday. 3.90€, you get two croissants and one baguette. Would you take the monthly subscription? https://sunday.deliver.ee/

So french, so clichés but so awesome. Made me miss France for sure.

alextoul Welcome to my Saturday routine. The HBR cover can be misinterpreted so I will save you some reading and tell you more about it:

The article actually suggests that while authenticity has been recognized has critical to succeed in management it could also be the reason why some people don't improve. Being clear and authentic often require a clear understanding of who we are and what are our values in order to stay consistent to our peers. However situations may occur when it's time a person to change and it can be perceived from your surroundings as a lack of confidence. Our natural reaction would be to refuse this change in order to stay in our comfort zone to preserve our reputation from being hurt.

Instead we must go through this phase by staying confident our authenticity isn't changing but our values are.
Make sense? How about you. What are you reading this weekend?

alextoul Here's a marketing principle that @myspacetom taught me: stay consistent. Tom has never changed his profile pictures, keeps the same username on every platforms, etc. The key is to use a @username that is so unique so a point you are guaranteed to secure it on every channel. I think it has turned out pretty efficient for me so hopefully it helps you too! Thanks Tom! 4w
  •   wingnut817 This is a sweet photo. I want my own pond hockey picture now! 4w

alextoul This place reminds me of the time distortion featured in Interstellar (the movie). Why? I feel that spending one hour here is enough to re-energize me for another 3 months of hard work. Do you see what I mean? What do you do to get your energy back? Do you have a favourite song? Person? Location? That does that to you. Let us know. 2mon
  •   abbyflatauxx This is an absolute charm. I could sit by the fire and listen to lovely music and that would do the trick. Where is this ? 2mon
  •   wingnut817 I dance. I always find my energy from that. There's also a few places in California - Morro bay, hearst castle, and carmel. 2mon
  •   wambs My friend's grandparent's farm. Sometimes I go for the day and turn my phone off and just focus all my energy and attention on helping with the animals, taking the dogs for a walk, general farm stuff etc. It's very restorative, especially with a glass of wine at the end of an honest day's work. The stars are amazing out there in the countryside too. 2mon
  •   egorant1995 I just put my skates on and roll. Why choose between places/songs or even people ? Favorite hobby - energy anywhere you want 2mon
  •   alextoul @abbyflatauxx it's called "Roches Fleuries" in the city of Cordon, France. 2mon
  •   alextoul @wambs show us a photo next time you go! Sounds awesome 2mon
