al_humphreys Simple training: ride South on a bearing for 2hrs at top speed. Turn round, follow your nose home. It's a really easy way to take you places you've never seen. If you ride East/West for 20 mins before turning round then your homeward route is all new too. 6h
  •   cyclingpug.gertrudestein I love those quiet moments to take photos from the saddle of the road ahead through tunnels of green! I need to start my 2015 adventures immediately! Thanks for the inspiration! 5h

al_humphreys Now this pleases me very much! A shiny award for our film to go in my shed. Very shiny! A kind gesture from Saudi Arabia for our "amazing inspiring-motivational experience". 1d

  •   northxeast If I wasn't at work Id be sat under the letterbox like an excited puppy! @sidetrackedmag 1d

al_humphreys Racing the darkness home tonight. Love these little English summer lanes. They feel almost underwater as you glide through the green. I have miles to go before I sleep. 3d

al_humphreys When you reach a fork, take the harder, uphill choice. You'll enjoy the view more when you reach the top that way. 1w
  •   al_humphreys @matthewmarriott seeking existential advice from @leonmccarron is, in my experience, a bad idea! 1w
  •   jack__fisher All those country roads in the UK look incredible. 1w
  •   karlsadler Inspiration! 1w
  •   pedroacanas "When you come to a fork in the road, take it" Yogi Berra 1w

  •   mjut Yes! :) 7d
  •   geordie_rambo I learnt on C2C that if u take the down hill route first that you inevetably have to come back up hill eventually but its twice as hard whereas if u choose the uphill route first then ur next climb isnt as intense and then when the decent finally approaches it is the greatest rush and pay-off for all the work you put in @al_humphreys 7d

al_humphreys Brilliant massive tree to shelter from the summer rain and practice my speech for tonight (a school prize giving event - always enjoy these inspiring evenings. Especially as I never got to go to a prize event when I was a kid!) 1w
