aemuscle Being focused on your fitness journey is something easier said than done. When you’re in the gym do you catch yourself looking around a lot, easily distracted, yawning, looking at other people, or on your phone? Well your not focused. Being focused is where you are working out and everything around you just seems blurry, irrelevant and unimportant. Well how do I become focused Albert? Im going to tell you in two easy steps:

Step 1: Make a promise to yourself that every time you do any of those unfocused things i mentioned above you are going to discipline yourself. What I mean by that is every time you do these bad habits do 5 pushups, or 5 squats, or 5 burpees. So every bad habit you commit discipline yourself and it won’t be long before these bad habits slowly start to fade away.

Step 2: Once you wake up in the morning think about how you are going to kill your workout. Think of how hard you are about to go once you step foot in that gym. These thoughts will create an excitement that will give you an advantage when you finally get there.

Keep doing these steps until you develop something I call evil eyes. This is when you blur out everything around you, look directly at your self or a spot on the wall, and demolish every set… Another Tip: Download good music that creates a fire in your stomach.

aemuscle It's all about balance and I've always had skinny legs. These past couple of months I've been putting in a lot of work on them while working 40+ hours. I've been going to my clients homes and their local gym walking like a new born giraffe lol. Well this summer I plan to amaze all of my followers with a huge improvement on my legs. aemuscle I want you to understand that the human body is the most amazing piece of technology in the world and always will be. But some of you value an iPhone more than your own body, some of you value a car more than your own body, but you fail to understand that the real importance is yourself. Just because you don’t have a sticker price doesn’t mean your body doesn’t have value. Ask any rich person, does money make you happy and all of them will answer no. Money just provides freedom and the ability to live a particular lifestyle. Understand this, the amount of happiness you get from improving your body far outweighs the happiness money gives you. This is all coming from my personal experience and friends who are rich. I’ve had a lot of money in the bank before and trust me it gets old, that money quickly turns into paper. Paper that gives you financial security and nothing more. With all of this being said I hope this has benefited you in someway. 1w

aemuscle Comparing yourself to someone else is the worst thing you can do and it will demotivate you greatly. You have to remember someone will always look better than you; but please understand you have the potential to be great. I also want to make one thing clear. Genetics are something that cannot be changed, some of you are comparing yourself to the genetic freaks who represent probably 2% of the population. Focus on yourself, analyze how you can look your best, work your ass off, and I guarantee you will be more than happy with the end result. 1w

aemuscle So I seen this older gentleman working out a couple days ago and he was a little overweight for his height. But what amazed me was the work ethic he was putting in. I stopped my workout to look at this man [ Which is something I never do ] and I couldn’t believe my eyes. So I go up to him and ask him how old is he, he tells me 38. I ask him how would he like to train with me another day, he agrees and we exchange phone numbers. Well the day has come and this is where he ended up. He kept up with me throughout my entire workout rep for rep giving everything he had. Now for his efforts I gave him a free 3 month personal training package with me so that I can help him reach his goals faster. I cannot wait to train this guy next week, talk about mentally strong. You will see more of him in the near future.

aemuscle What does everyone want on their fitness journey? You know the answer, yes results aka gains aka the sexy stuff. Now how do you get results? Well its lecture time…. For Beginners:

Step 1: Create a workout plan based on your goals.

Step 2: Spend the first week using light weight and perfecting the movement.

Step 3: Make a playlist of music that gets you angry and excited.

Step 4: Unleash your inner beast each and every workout. If you feel like you don’t have enough energy get a pre workout.

Many people have this theory that because your just starting out you should take it easy. What they fail to understand is that in the starting months of your fitness journey is where you are going to get the majority of your results. The body is vulnerable to new activity which means it will respond much faster. As you can see I didn’t say create a diet plan and that is because whether you eat right or not you will still see results in the beginning stages. Obviously with a good diet plan the results will be even greater.

For Intermediate:

Step 1: Switch your entire workout plan with new workouts. [Keep the basic movements and youtube new workouts to get more creative.] :
Step 2: In almost every workout do a full range of motion with a 5 second isometric hold at the bottom of the movement [with the weight closes to your body]. :
Step 3: Eat like an animal after you finish your workouts.

Step 4: Alter your diet plan by monitoring your body. Continue to watch yourself in the mirror after every workout and mornings to see what needs to be changed.

You’ve been going to the gym for some time now, awesome! But unlike the beginners your body isn’t being completely shocked to something new. So what we have to do is alter the movements of our workouts.
