  •   hannahshananigans I teach an overall group fitness class called "group active" @addisonhare. It's 20 minutes of cardio step aerobics followed by 20 minutes of strength training, then a balance track, a core strengthening track and then we stretch out! 5d

addisonhare I was always scared to cook meat. Well, besides bacon (obvi). I baked chicken for lunch this week and it was SO EASY. Let it marinade for about an hour and then 30ish minutes in the oven. Done and done! #fitgirlsguide #fitgirladdison #bakedchicken #veggiepowerbowl #28DayJumpstart 2w
