Although I think if we had a clearer mind unaffected by society's beliefs it wouldn't be so hard sometimes. I'm curious , have you ever tried any alternative healing like reiki before or reiki massage? It spiritually improves your game. I've had clients use it for basketball, hockey, poker and work. Other use it for injuries and mental and emotional strength. Patience etc. 5d

  •   asherdixon1 @michael_botello I started on my own 2 years ago. Couldn't even touch the rim I'm 5'11" with a 5'9" arm span so no advantage in reach. On my own gained about 15" but lost inspiration to keep going. But this program. Gave me the inspiration to keep going ;) so give it a crack all my mates have started with it. After they saw me :P if you really want to increase. You'll be able to do it on your own but this'll give you a little insight. Plyometrics and lots of sprints will do it. But honestly if you just for the next year jump and touch the roof of your house everytime your walking around that'll do it on it's own! :) sooo. Just something to think about! Plus if your skeptical. Think from this perspective, Adam folker and Justin darlington have a reputation, they cannot afford to put up something insincere, nor would they want to. if this program was a scandal, their pro career would be in a bit of trouble I'd say with sponsors and all. So just give it a crack and put in your own effort, for a good amount of time. 2mon
