absafterbaby Yesterday's workout was so fun, I didn't realize I was burning so many calories. Came home & made my fav: "Craving Buster Pizza"
1 whole wheat pizza dough
1tbsp sugar mixed w/ 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Coconut oil for brushing
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
Sliced strawberries.
Roll & bake pizza
Pull out oven and brush w/coconut oil
Dust with sugar/cin mix
Spread with yogurt
Top with berries
Slice and enjoy!!!

absafterbaby I've been studying for my #Calculus final since 10 am & was starting to doze so I took a 1hr break & did an awesome back/legs circuit and burned 500+!!! That's the time it takes someone to watch 1 episode of Real Housewives!!! I feel so great right now! Hve a ton of energy & ready to hit the books again. I'm so grateful to God for my health & the ability to workout. I know there are those that are not physically capable so I do not take advantage. I will never again mistreat my body nor take my health for granted. #clarity 5mon

absafterbaby Ouch! Who agrees? Disagrees? I havent counted calories or macros in over a year, but it did feel like a disorder when I did it. Nutrition shouldn't be that hard. I do, however, count days off. Lol! #balance 5mon

Probably because I don't have that stress of having to add up calories for everything instead of just sitting and enjoying a healthy meal. 5mon

  •   soulhole3 @absafterbaby I somewhat disagree, but to each his own. I've watched @thetracyhutchins manipulate her macro split/caloric intake to reach her desired goal. It really works. Also, I'm currently eating 3500 cal a day in an attempt to gain weight. Before I started counting calories/macrosplit , I was eating about 1,000 calories less per day than I needed for growth. I see it as a tool to reach my desired fitness goal. To each his own! 5mon

  •   thetracyhutchins @absafterbaby @trynagetbig33 lol!! ️ thank you!! Any form of eating, exercising, or even not exercising can be related to an eating disorder. It's all about balance. When I first started counting my macros I was shocked at how little protein I was eating (protein is extremely necessary in building and maintaining muscle). Being healthy isn't about a low number on the scale. Most people are so concerned with the number on the scale & with their attempt to slash calories & "become healthy" instead starve themselves. Our body needs fuel to operate efficiently. Counting calories & macros make sure our bodies get the intended amount of macronutrients needed without eating excessive calories. Depending on a person's goal i.e. whether cutting or bulking the number of calories to reach determined goal is different thereby making it necessary to count calories to reach the goal desired. This is my understanding and why I count calories :) 5mon

absafterbaby Lean ground turkey too dry? Finely chop up some cauliflower and mix it in. The release of liquid makes for a nice moist patty. I added garlic, spinach, basil an diced apples to these. Sprinkle some Himalayan pink salt on top at the end! Oh yeah!!!! #grillandchill 5mon

absafterbaby Tinga salad with avocado and radishes. To make tinga: boil chicken breast (1 per serving), sautee sliced onions in coconut oil then add shredded chicken and top with chipotle sauce that has been blended with stewed tomatoes. I added a bit of each until I got the desired heat. Mix chicken mixture then cover and lower heat for about 10 mins until flavors have combined. Enjoy! #tinga 5mon

absafterbaby Found this awesome spot next to little man's therapy. It's a little over 100m in a shady part of an old bank building. Did 5x100m sprints, 4x100m walking lunges, 3x100m side lunges, 2x100 frog hops and 1x100m forward burpees. I dont do cardio, I #dowork 5mon
