Thoroughly enjoyed my cinco de mayo vegetarian tacos we had tonight!! Looking forward to this journey! Is this diet possible to do without losing weight though? I'm looking to stay about the same just be healthier :) 4w
  •   theblissfulchef @megkichar totally! You just need to make sure you are eating enough calories for your activity level. You can use myfitnesspal app to track your calories. Vegan food is nutrient dense but not as caloric as the Standard American diet so don't be afraid to enjoy fun foods occasionally, cook with coconut oil sometimes, sprinkle nuts on your salad, make green smoothies with pb etc. 3w
