kris_parker_omsgear A lil 225 row...changed it up..instead of parallel to the floor in trying these at a higher angle to build more thickness...doing these at a pre exhaust stage so my backs about fried when I'm hitting these...we'll see how my back reacts to this angle...remember it's all trial and error with your body...train for the physique you want.
