Classpass definitely gives us a reason to procrastinate from studying, however while we study our clinical medicine lectures it only pushes us to want to workout more! In a recent study on females with no prior experience of Pilates, when they added it into their exercise regimen it was shown to increase their HDL levels or what the public knows as "good cholesterol" - this added benefit aids in preventing heart disease so we can keep classpassing! We took 30/30 at Core Pilates with Jillian. Great class combining 30 mins of reformer with 30 mins of tower, it really flies by! This was only our 3rd reformer class and some of the moves were quite challenging (in a good way) - there's just so much you can do on a reformer it never gets boring, and now with the added medical benefit we will for sure be back! #pilateseveryday
