suziefitt Friday night late night quad sesh after working a 10hr day. And- went crazy heavy. 115# front squat 4x12, and I have my band across my thighs. I do front squats maybe once every few months. Long hours, planning and set backs are all apart of the pain one endures. The more you personally invest, the tougher you will get.
