Once you've got your hamstrings warmed up work on an explosive hamstring pull inverted plank and pull to a deep inverted row at the same time. I don't have a name for this #trxtraining movement yet but I will be adding this to my #trxstrong class this week and maybe try it out in some others as well.   •   mrmedwin @summer_love829 a standard burpee is not a burpee with a pushup. A regular burpee is like a sprawl almost, drop chest and hips to the ground and get up. More cardio and explosion training. A burpee with a push up is fine, it's just not what I'm doing. A push up burpee, great to help train the chest, but less explosive and less cardio than a standard get up and down as fast as possible burpee. 1d

mrmedwin Still a little sleepy despite 2 scoops of pre this morning. Jumped into @migueltrxsf TRX "hell-evolution" class at 6am. 3 10 min rounds of AMRAP TRX, bodyweight, and other fun tools.
